Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting any form on the Site or by ticking the checkbox "I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms", I, acting freely, on my own behalf and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby grant RANGE SPACE GYM L.L.C, a limited liability company incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai, holding Commercial License No. 1242915, with registered office at Unit No. SJ003, BUILDING 15-SJ, Marsa Dubai (Bluewaters Island), Dubai, UAE (hereinafter the "Operator"), my explicit consent to the processing of my Personal Data (the "Consent") on the terms set out below, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL").

1. Categories of Personal Data

The Consent covers the processing of the following categories of Personal Data, to the extent they are provided by me or collected from my interactions with the Operator:

• first name, last name and, where required (kids classes, insurance), date of birth;
• mobile phone number;
• email address;
• Telegram, WhatsApp and other messenger handle;
• social-media nickname (where voluntarily provided);
• billing details and payment-transaction identifiers (excluding full card number and CVV, which are handled exclusively by the licensed payment service provider);
• Cookies and similar identifiers;
• IP address;
• device and browser data collected via web-analytics tools;
• statistics on the use of the Site and of the client area;
• photographs and short video clips of training and sparring sessions in which I appear, taken at the gym, and the related captions (only where I have additionally consented to such publication);
• my voluntarily declared information about injuries, contraindications relevant to martial-arts training and an emergency contact.

2. Purposes of processing

• responding to my enquiries submitted via the Site, by phone, email or messengers, and booking a trial class or a tour of the gym;
• preparing, concluding and performing a membership or service contract with the Operator;
• delivering the training service (access control, attendance tracking, planning and progress tracking of my training);
• sending me service notifications about my bookings, schedule changes, billing and membership status;
• improving the quality of the service and of the Site by handling my requests, feedback and complaints;
• sending me marketing and informational messages about products, services, classes and events of the Operator (only where I have opted in or have not objected as an existing customer);
• complying with mandatory legal obligations of the Operator (tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, requests of competent authorities).

3. Permitted Processing operations

I grant my Consent to the Processing of my Personal Data by the Operator, including by persons acting on its behalf under a written processing agreement, by both automated and non-automated means, including: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, alteration (update, modification), retrieval, consultation, use, anonymisation, transmission (provision, access), restriction, erasure and destruction.

4. Acknowledgements

By providing this Consent I confirm that:

• the Personal Data I provide via the Site or otherwise is my own Personal Data and is accurate; I undertake to inform the Operator of any change to my Personal Data without undue delay;
• I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions of the Operator;
• I am at least 18 years old, or — if the Personal Data relates to a minor under my parental responsibility or legal guardianship — I act as the parent or legal guardian and provide this Consent on the minor's behalf.

5. Sharing with third parties

I acknowledge and agree that, in order to achieve the purposes set out in section 2, the Operator may entrust the Processing of my Personal Data to the following categories of recipients, each bound by a written processing agreement and a duty of confidentiality:

• cloud hosting, CRM and booking software providers;
• payment service providers licensed in the UAE;
• communication providers (email gateways, SMS, WhatsApp Business, Telegram);
• web-analytics and advertising-measurement services;
• IT security and technical-support contractors;
• coaches and instructors of the gym, to the extent strictly necessary for the delivery of my training;
• professional advisers of the Operator (legal, accounting, audit, insurance);
• public authorities of the United Arab Emirates, where such disclosure is required by law or by a binding order.

6. International transfers

I acknowledge that some of the recipients listed in section 5 (in particular cloud hosting, analytics and messaging providers) may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. I consent to the cross-border transfer of my Personal Data to such recipients, provided that the Operator ensures an adequate level of protection in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL.

7. Duration

This Consent is granted for a period of 3 (three) years from the date it is given or, if longer, for the duration of my contractual relationship with the Operator plus the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy, or until it is withdrawn by me — whichever occurs first. Withdrawal of the Consent does not affect the lawfulness of the Processing carried out before the withdrawal, nor the Operator's right to retain Personal Data where another lawful ground applies (for example, performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation).

8. Form of the Consent

This Consent is provided electronically by ticking the checkbox "I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms", or by clicking a button of equivalent meaning ("Submit", "Send", "Sign up", "Book") on the form on the Site where such a notice is displayed. The combination of the form data and the consent flag is logged by the Operator as evidence of the Consent.

9. Withdrawal of consent

I am informed that I may withdraw this Consent at any time, in whole or in part, by myself or through an authorised representative, by sending a written request to the Operator at office@range.space or to the registered address of the Operator. I may also unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by replying STOP to an SMS / WhatsApp marketing message.
